That’s where Kevin and Marco come in.
Kevin focuses on the front end of the project — understanding what the homeowner is trying to achieve, shaping the scope, setting expectations, and making sure the project makes sense before work begins.
Marco focuses on execution — how the work gets built, how the site is managed, how the team is coordinated, and how the project moves from plan to finished space.

A lot of renovation problems start when the person who sells the project is disconnected from the person who has to build it. Promises get made, details get lost, and the homeowner ends up caught between what was discussed and what the construction team says is actually possible.
