Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Privacy Policy
These terms apply to text messages between you and CraftHaus Renovations Inc., Executive Centre, 4 Robert Speck Pkwy, 15th Floor, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1S1 (“CraftHaus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By opting in to receive text messages from CraftHaus Renovations, or by texting with a member of our team, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and to our Terms and Conditions.
Text Messaging Terms of Use
What we text about
Our text messaging service is for one-to-one conversations between you and a member of the CraftHaus team. We use it for:
- Consultation and appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders
- Questions and updates about your quote, design or project
- Site visit and scheduling coordination
- Customer service and follow-up
We do not send marketing blasts or promotional mass texts through this service.
How you opt in
You opt in when you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text. That can happen when you speak with a team member, or when you complete a form on our website. Texting is optional. You don’t need to agree to texts to work with us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with our team and the stage of your project.
Cost
CraftHaus does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You can also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, we’ll send one message confirming it, and you won’t receive further texts from that number. To start again, reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text Messaging Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide through our text messaging service only to send you messages and to respond to you. We may share it with the platform providers, phone companies and other vendors that help us deliver messages.
Mobile information, including your mobile opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information when we must to comply with a law, regulation or government request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
