Materials have to be ordered, deliveries have to arrive, selections have to be confirmed, and dozens of small details have to line up at the right time. That behind-the-scenes coordination is what keeps the visible work moving.
Small Delays Become Big Problems
One missing item can hold up several others. A late fixture can affect plumbing. A delayed material can push installation. A missed order can change the sequence of the entire project. Good project support is about catching those issues early and managing them before they land on the homeowner.
Somebody Has to Own the Details
Orders, confirmations, supplier communication, scheduling information, and follow-up should not live in five different places with nobody clearly responsible for them. Nelly’s role is to keep those details organized, tracked, and connected to the rest of the project team.
You Shouldn’t Have to Chase the Project
The homeowner should not be the person calling suppliers, checking whether something was ordered, or figuring out who is waiting on what. Procurement and project support exist to keep that responsibility where it belongs — with us.
